The User(s)/Supplier(s) must enter the OTP per the email address and mobile number verification to validate the registration.

VIBRANT INDIA TRADE shall maintain confidential all user(s)/supplier(s) information( collectively referred to as every primary and business detail filled during registration).

The User(s)/Supplier(s) are eligible to be registered on the Platform to access or avail of the Services for its commercial purposes. Every User(s)/Supplier(s) of VIBRANT INDIA TRADE agrees to use their account for business purposes.

3. Registration Policy:

In registration, it shall be mandatory for all Indian user(s)/supplier(s) to register their GST(Goods and Service Tax) number to the subject of business verification. International user(s)/supplier(s) shall be required to register their (BIN Business Identification number). The User(s)/Supplier(s) business must submit the GST or BIN certification to obtain the verification to convey their business in VIBRANT INDIA TRADE.

The User(s)/Supplier(s) agree to provide additional information and documentary proof, as requested by VIBRANT INDIA TRADE, to verify user(s)/supplier(s) account information from time to time.

The User(s)/Supplier(s) will be required to submit their business category to get assistance for further conveying your business in VIBRANT INDIA TRADE. Introducing your business category will list your products and services.

The User(s)/Supplier(s) of VIBRANT INDIA TRADE has to select their business category, which will create better search results.

VIBRANT INDIA TRADE is not responsible if any malicious activities occur in your account; the User(s)/Supplier(s) are directly responsible for all the actions in that user(s)/supplier(s) account.

4. Registration Policy:

The User(s)/Supplier(s) shall behave according to the terms and conditions; therefore, the User(s)/Supplier(s) is declined to post any product or service which is not under the law.

3. General Supplier(s) Policy

The Supplier(s) of VIBRANT INDIA TRADE agrees not to copy, reproduce, download, republish, sell, resell, distribute any product or service or any data or information, text, graphics, audio, video, files, directories, listings, or databases, or any other details are there on the Website ( collectively VIBRANT INDIA TRADE content).

The Supplier(s) of VIBRANT INDIA TRADE can create or access multiple accounts or create a sub-user account.

The Supplier(s) shall be only responsible for obtaining all necessary third-party licenses and permissions (if required) regarding any supplier Content you(Supplier) access, post, or display.

The Supplier(s) accepts that every submitting Content, post, or display does not infringe or violate any copyright, patent, trademark, trade name, trade secrets, or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party.

• VIBRANT INDIA TRADE reserves the right to disable, reject, or delete your images subject to any violation, offensive activity, misinterpretation, or other reason.
• The User(s)/Supplier(s) acknowledges that user(s)/supplier(s) can upload images through camera access.
